Dr. John Trung Nguyen, D.O., FACS
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. John Trung Nguyen, D.O., FACS is a board-certified general surgeon with over 15 years of experience in diverse clinical settings. He holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University (2005), a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (2001), and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences (1999) from Des Moines University. He completed his surgical residency at Beaumont Healthcare System (Michigan State University affiliate), where he served as Co-Chief Resident.

Dr. Nguyen has practiced at leading hospitals in Michigan and Oregon since 2010 and is currently serving at Harney District Hospital. His advanced training includes rotations at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (colorectal and hepatobiliary surgery) and University Medical Center in Las Vegas (trauma and burn care). He has presented research at national conferences and co-authored clinical studies in colorectal and gallbladder cancer.

Passionate about global health, Dr. Nguyen has joined surgical missions to Guatemala and has a long record of community service. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, and holds BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications. His strengths lie in complex surgeries, trauma care, and compassionate, community-centered service.

Eric Kreckman, PA-C
President
Eric Kreckman, PA-C is a seasoned healthcare executive and clinician with over 20 years of leadership in healthcare and 12 years of hands-on clinical experience in general surgery, family practice, pediatrics, and urgent care. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. A sought-after educator, he has also served as a Guest Lecturer at Central Michigan University.

Eric is the Co-Founder and President at WoundCare Zone. He plays a key role in launching and scaling the business, building its systems and culture from the ground up.

Recognized multiple times as a Favorite and Top-Rated Physician Assistant, Eric is known for his compassionate care, operational excellence, and deep commitment to patient outcomes.
He has served in numerous leadership roles including Vice Chair of the Mid Michigan College Board of Trustees (20+ years), President of the Gladwin Rotary Club, and Communications Chair for the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. Since 2018, Eric has also served as Partner and Director of Operations at North Pine Med, where he played a key role in launching and growing the practice from zero.

Dewi Kreckman is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur with 22 years of experience building and scaling businesses in both Indonesia and the United States. An immigrant who moved to the U.S. in 2019, she has since built multiple ventures—most recently launching WoundCare Zone, a mobile healthcare company that reached 7-figure revenue in under a year, powered entirely by AI-driven organic marketing and strategic partnerships.

Her innovation and leadership have earned international recognition, including the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Fellowship, the International Young Creative Entrepreneur Award, and an invitation by King Charles and the British Government to speak in London on "Business with Social and Environmental Impact."
